PlotVec.plot_time_scatter(group='leiden', vmin=None, vmax=None, palette='stereo', **kwargs)[source]#

Spatial distribution of pseudotime.

Parameters:

  • group – The key to get clustering result, now it will be ignored, defaults to ‘leiden’.

  • vmin (Optional[float]) – Define the data range that the colormap covers, defaults to None.

  • vmax (Optional[float]) – Define the data range that the colormap covers, defaults to None.

  • palette (str) – colormap, defaults to ‘stereo’.
