a line plot to show the trend of each cluster of fuzzy C means

Parameters:

use_col (str) – the col in obs representing celltype or clustering.
branch (str) – celltypes order in use_col.
summary_trend (Optional[bool]) – summary trend in use_col.
threshold (Optional[str]) – the threshold of cluster score to plot.
n_col (Optional[int]) – number of columns to display each cluster plot.
width (Optional[float]) – width of figure.
height (Optional[float]) – height of figure.
x_label (Optional[str]) – the x label.
y_label (Optional[str]) – the y label.
title (Optional[str]) – title of figure.

Returns:

a list of gene list of each cluster.
