Import Stereopy :

import stereo as st

The module helps correct cell segmentation and generates corresponding CGEF file after cell cutting.

tools.cell_correct.cell_correct(out_dir[, ...])

Correct cells using one of file conbinations as following:

tools.cell_cut.CellCut.cell_cut([bgef_path, ...])

Generate CGEF resutl via following combinations:

tools.tissue_extraction.tissue_extraction_to_bgef(...)
